Chicken pie
500 g boneless chicken (dice)
1 packet mushroom
1 onion (chopped)
1 leek (chopped)
3 cloves garlic
3 tbs oil
3 tbs cream
1 spoon mustard paste (dijon)
Fry chicken in oil. Add onion, leeks, mushrooms and garlic. Add mustard paste. Add 1 cup of chicken stock and 2 tbs white flour.Mix well. Add cream and cook until you get a thick gravy.
Pastry:
1 cup white flour
100 g butter
2 tbs water
Mix together. Divide in 2. Roll out one part and put in a pie form- Bake it in 5-10 minutes. Take out and add the stuffing. Roll out the second part of the pastry and use it to cover the pie. Bake for 15 min in 180 C.
